WOMEN ONLY GROUP COACHING

I am looking for a group of women who are struggling to get into a routine with their fitness after summer to join me for 6 weeks  of online group coaching starting October 3rd.

This 6 week fit coaching will take you from feeling overwhelmed and stuck with no idea where to even start, to having a consistent workout plan that fits into your life.

This time of year is a busy one and with this coaching we will make exercise the least stressful part of your day. This group coaching will give you a structured workout plan with accountability and support to help you feel fitter before Christmas.

Do you put too much pressure on yourself to do too much and ultimately you can never make it stick?

Across the six weeks we will work together to shift your mindset and attitude towards yourself, your health and fitness.

MINDSET

Over the 6 weeks we'll cover the following topics to help you completely change your attitude towards your health and fitness.

  • Goal Setting

  • Shifting Your Mindset

  • Designing Your Own Workouts

  • Breaking Down Your Barriers

  • Finding Balance

  • Inconsistent Consistency

We'll cover these in a mixture of video presentations and live Q&A sessions.

Doing Sports at Home

WORKOUTS

During the six weeks you'll get access to a training plan via my fitness App. Workouts will go straight to your phone with exercise demonstrations included.

All workouts will be suitable for beginners and to do from home without any equipment needed.

You'll also get 3 real time follow along workouts.

We will also workout together during 3 live sessions.

Hug

SUPPORT

You'll have me as your personal trainer by your side for the full 6 weeks.

I will do a Facebook group weekly check in every Monday to find out how you are and when you're training that week.

I provide post workout feedback and support in the App.

I'll run 3 Live Q&A sessions where you can ask questions and get advice.

We will do 3 Live workouts together.

How Much?

6 Week Fit is £60.00 

That works out at £10 per week!

This is a bargain to have the support of a personal trainer for the next six weeks at a fraction of the price you would normally pay for personal training.

I want to help as many of you as possible to feel better about yourselves before the year is out.

I promise I will do everything I can to help you enjoy your workouts and feel fitter and better in just six weeks!
