I offer 1-2-1 PT session at a number of parks across Didsbury utilising body weight training, resistance bands, Padwork and TRX. These sessions are perfect for people who don't enjoy a gym environment and like the idea of training in the fresh air come rain or shine.
Sessions are block booked at a minimum of 5, payment is taken in advance.
An initial taster session and consultation can be booked in advance of any commitment to personal training for £20.
