So I know this is the standard time of year to read all about 'new year new me' declarations, this is not one of those blogs.
First things first, HAPPY NEW YEAR!
I flipping loved 2016, I trained and started my revision, got my second tattoo, I moved to Didsbury which I absolutely love. I have a beautiful niece and nephew that I've spent quality time with and I've just had the most relaxing Christmas with my family. As with every year there have been a fair few ups and downs but hey, that's life!
The New Year always inspires people to start something new, get back into good habits and break bad ones. I honestly don't see there's much wrong with that, sometimes we all need a time frame or deadline to get ourselves back in check.
This year I am hoping for much of the same as the last one but with some exciting new stuff happening like starting my personal training course with @TRAINFITNESSint which I am both really looking forward to and absolutely dreading at the same time.
I have made a little list of my personal goals for 2017, if you're struggling for some inspiration then maybe this will help? I'll also update my blog to let you know how I'm getting on with it all. There's always an element of fear in writing these things down let alone telling complete strangers online!
So here they are:
1. Qualify as a PT
2. Train my first client
3. Do my first Insta video
4. Get my weight consistent
5. Deadlift 100kg by the end of the year
6. Run a fitness social in Manchester
7. Blog on my website weekly (this makes me accountable now)
8. Plan better and do more (essentially less time thinking more time doing)
9. Get another tattoo
10. Spend more time with Joshua and Olive (niece and nephew)
11. Yoga - even if its just a try
12. Headspace App - it is so good so I'm planning to use it as much as possible
If you want to get in touch or share your goals for 2017 with me just drop me a line via my 'About' page and I'll get back to you, or you can follow me on Twitter @Weights_Wine or Insta weights_wine
