  • Paid monthly in advance to secure your weekly session

  • Sessions must be used within the same month

FAQ

How does the monthly membership work?

Your membership includes 4 x 1:1 PT sessions per month, along with app access, workouts, food diary feedback, progress check-ins, and ongoing support. Your membership renews monthly and sessions must be used within each month.

Where do sessions take place?

All sessions take place in my private home gym studio (converted garage). This offers a comfortable, non-intimidating, distraction-free space for focused 1:1 coaching.

Do you provide meal plans?

I don’t provide set meal plans. Instead, I offer weekly food diary feedback and guidance to help you build sustainable, realistic nutrition habits that fit your lifestyle.

Is there a minimum commitment?

There is no long-term contract. The membership runs on a monthly rolling basis. I do recommend committing for at least 3 months to see real, lasting results.

What happens if I miss a session?

All sessions must be used within the month they are booked for.
Unfortunately, unused sessions do not roll over to future months. This policy is in place to support consistency and commitment—both of which are key to getting results.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. This membership is perfect for beginners, those returning after a break, or anyone lacking confidence in the gym. Everything is tailored to your ability, goals, and experience.

How does the fitness app work?

You’ll receive full access to my fitness app where you can:

  • View your workouts & programs

  • Track your training

  • Upload your food diary

  • Log progress
    All in one easy place.

Can I pause my membership?

Pauses may be offered in exceptional circumstances only. Please speak to me as early as possible if something changes with your availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

Sessions must be cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be counted as a used session.

Do I need to be fit already?

Not at all! You don’t need to be “fit” to start, getting fit is the goal. All sessions and programs are adapted to your starting point.

What does between-session support include?

You’ll have access to ongoing support via the app or WhatsApp (Monday–Friday) for questions, motivation, and guidance.

 

Weekend support is reserved for emergency session issues only.
