My 121 Online Coaching allows me to work with you no matter where you are in the world.

I create individualised workout programmes based on your goals, ability level and whether you want to workout at home or at the gym.

I work with you to ensure your workouts are challenging and enjoyable.

  • 3 x workouts designed for your goals each week straight to your phone.

  • Flexibility for gym, home or a combination of workouts across the week.

  • Members Facebook Group.

  • Monthly video call check in.

  • IM support from me via the app

MONTHLY HYBRID 121

Monthly Hybrid 121

My hybrid coaching offers a flexible approach to working with my clients both in person and online.

Providing the accountability of a 121 personal training session, delivered via Zoom or Skype at a frequency that suits you.

This is the perfect blended training approach for you to receive individualised support and to work with me in a more personal way.

Monthly Hybrid 121 Includes:

  • 121 Virtual Personal Training Session.

  • 2 x workouts designed for your goals each week via the app straight to your phone.

  • Flexibility for gym, home or a combination of workouts across the week.
