I created my fitness App to provide online personal training with a difference.

I work closely with you to understand all about who you are, how you live and how I can help you.

We work together to create workouts that are challenging and also enjoyable. We'll find that sweet spot that keeps you consistently exercising even when life happens. 

My job is to take all the hassle out of fitting exercise and eating well into your already hectic life.

My monthly online coaching options are designed to create flexible and personalised training packages suitable for any ability. It is the perfect fit for anyone who's looking to make improvements to their health and fitness but you need help creating structure and accountability to see the results they want.

I know that no two women are the same and that most fitness plans fail because they lack the ability to adapt.

I want to show you that the problem isn't your ability to try or your lack of motivation, it's that you've yet to have a plan made just for YOU.

 

I will show you how to exercise smart, eat well and have a life.

 

I have created an online community of like minded people where I share advice, recipe's, podcasts and so much more.

Monthly Online 121

Personal training which is completely online.

I create personalised workout programmes based on your goals, ability level and whether you want to workout at home or at the gym.

I work with you to ensure your workouts are challenging and enjoyable.

We check in together every four weeks to make sure you're getting enough support and making progress towards your goals.

Monthly Online 121 includes:

  • Personalised workouts designed for your goals each week straight to your phone. We work together to find a style of workouts you enjoy to keep you training consistently.

  • An App with built in exercise demonstrations and teaching points to help expand your knowledge and build your confidence when training.

  • Flexibility for gym, home or a combination of different workouts across the week.

  • Members Facebook Group.

  • Monthly video call check in.

  • IM support from me via the app with the ability to rate your workouts and leave feedback after each session.

MONTHLY HYBRID 121

Monthly Hybrid 121

My hybrid coaching offers a flexible approach to working with you both in person and online.

Providing the accountability of a 121 personal training session every week, delivered via Zoom or Skype at a frequency that suits you.

This is the perfect blended training approach for you to receive individualised support and to work with me in a more personal way no matter where you live.

Monthly Hybrid 121 Includes:

  • 121 Virtual Personal Training Sessions for one hour at a regular time to suit you.

  • Personalised workouts designed for your goals each week via the app straight to your phone.

  • An App with built in exercise demonstrations and teaching points to help expand your knowledge and build your confidence when training.

  • Flexibility for gym, home or a combination of workouts across the week.

  • Members Facebook Group.

  • IM support from me via the app with the ability to rate your workouts and leave feedback after each session.

Generic fitness advice just doesn't cut it.

We've all heard the same fitness tips for years now.

All you need to do is...

  • Do 10k steps a day

  • Never miss a Monday

  • Get more protein in your diet

  • Make sure your workouts are at least an hour

  • Drink 8 glasses of water a day

But how is any of that actually working for you? Most of the advice we see on social media is too generic and for most of us it just doesn't work in our lifestyle.

That means when we try and follow those rules, we can't stick to it and then we think the problem is us!

Actually what you need is a coach who can create healthy habits to work with your lifestyle.

The reality is that the perfect fitness plan doesn't exist.

We need to forget about perfect.

Instead we want to create a flexible way for you to get consistent with your fitness.
